Mode of operation:
A T-piece is installed at the connection of the main arm cylinder and connected to an accumulator. Depending on the size of the crane, the crane damping system consists of several accumulators with different preload. If jerky movements occur, the pressure peaks are absorbed by the gas bubbles and eliminated. A complete damping system consists of damping for the main arm and the slewing gear.
