Mechanical track tensioner tool
QTT400 a robust, yet light-weighted track tensioner of CLARK TRACKS for all standard tracks.
The QTT401 is a specially extended variant of the robust QTT400.
Both track tensioner are robust and long-lasting tools. Together with a strong impact screwdriver, installation is quick and simple. The track tensioner fits into all transporters.
Spikes
The spikes are available in a range of sizes. The spikes are made of hardened boron alloy steel. The spikes can be welded and are particularly hard and wear resistant. The spikes come in packages of eighty. If you want to weld on spikes yourself, please ask us for the welding instructions.
Bolted joining links
CLARK TRACKS tracks joining links are made of forged boron alloy steel. Their service lives are unparalleled. They are available with 24 mm and 28 mm bolt diameters and in various lengths. Thanks to their perfected design, they are easy to install.
Mounting hooks
The hardened mounting hooks (310 mm) accelerate and simplify track installation.
Weld-in links for plates
CLARK TRACKS tracks weld-in links are available as 24 mm and 28 mm bolt versions. These can also be used to repair worn tracks from other manufacturers.
Weld-in repair links
CLARK TRACKS tracks weld-in links are made of forged boron alloy steel. They therefore have a very long service life. Together with the weld-in links for tracks, they can be used to repair any track type.
HAGGIS UltraLink joining links
The bolts used for the new HAGGIS UltraLink joining links present an elliptical cross section. The active bearing surface is therefore larger, and the pressure lower, from the outset. HAGGIS UltraLink extends the service life and reduces retensioning work.
