INDEXATOR integrated forestry rotators for handling machinery and excavators > 25 t with cardanic suspension

The INDEXATOR forestry rotator family IR (= industrial) is suitable for excavators and loading machinery from about 20 t gross weight. The models IR10 and IR12 can handle a static load of 25 t, the models IR20 and IR22 as high as 45 t – they are built for the really powerful machines. Each of these series comes with a range of top connection options and bottom oil outputs. There are special versions for orange peel grapples with five cylinder connections and five hydraulic connections for cylinders. The bearing and swivel part of the forestry rotator is independent of the motor, resulting in less stress on the motor and an extended service life. The vane type design serves to reduce internal losses and increase efficiency, at the same time extending the service life. All IR forestry rotators are suitable for continuous operations under gruelling conditions – their service life and reliability are unparalleled.
