INDEXATOR forestry rotators for grapples on timber trailers, cargo cranes, and municipal vehicles
The INDEXATOR series GV3 and GV4 are suitable e.g. for small and midsized timber trailers and cargo cranes. They are attached to timber grapples, clamshells, pallet grappels, and load hooks. The maximum static load is 30 kN and 40 kN (3 t and 4 t) respectively. Despite they are the “small” INDEXATOR forestry rotators they are made for continuous operation and hard work.
INDEXATOR forestry rotators for grapples on forwarders, timber transport trucks, and recycling cranes
The INDEXATOR series GV6 is suitable for powerful timber trailers and small forwarder cranes. Designed for a maximum static load of 100 kN (10 t), the series GV12 is suitable for virtually all timber transport trucks and forwarders. The models GV14-S and GV17-S deliver a higher torque of 3300 Nm. All S models have a top plate clearance of 100 mm and a pin diameter of 45 mm. This increases the fatigue strength under constantly high loads and many movements.
INDEXATOR forestry rotators for grapples on excavators and handling machines up to 25 t (gross weight) with cardanic suspension
For small excavators up to 12 t (gross weight) we recommend the forestry rotator GV12-SA. For excavators up to 16 t we recommend the forestry rotator GV-17-SA with 6 x M16 bolts, and for excavators up to 25 t the forestry rotator GV17-SA-203 with 6 x M20 bolts in the flange. For larger machines we recommend the series IR and XR.
