HULTDINS damping systems for loader cranes
HULTDINS hydraulic damping systems can increase the speed of crane movements
speed of crane movements can be increased by up to 30%
The work with the crane takes more than 75% of the working time during backhauling. Therefore, the speed of crane work has a great influence on the backhauling performance. By installing HULTDINS damping systems, the movements become smoother and very precise. The damping eliminates the pressure peaks and thus protects the material from overload. Harmful vibrations are reduced – this is good for the machine and very comfortable for the operator. Overall, this can increase the speed of crane movements by up to 30%. A complete damping system consists of a module for the lifting cylinder and a module for the slewing gear. Installation is very simple: The damping system is connected with a T-piece as close as possible to the cylinder or valve. Appropriate brackets can be supplied.
For a small and medium sized return hoist with a lifting capacity of 2-11 mt, the set with part no. 0715901, consisting of a stroke damper (part no. 0715713) and a slewing gear damper (part no. 0715740) is used. If required, the dampers can also be supplied separately.
For a back hoist with a very strong crane with 12-30 mt, the set with art.no. 0715903 consisting of a hoist damper (art.no. 0715718) and a slew damper (art.no. 0715741) is used.
Hydraulic damping systems are a useful equipment for installation on all types of booms, such as mowers, concrete pumps and cranes.
